The changes of the Criminal Code that made the people to protest
There are few changes, but the most debated is the following one on the definition of the abuse of office of a civil servant, art. 297 of the Criminal Code. I mention that I do not master the legal discourse in English, therefore in the attachment could be few mistakes.
